Reliable contour measurement of individual workpieces

The MarSurf CD 140 AF stands for fast and precise contour measurements. Thanks to its flexible workpiece holder, it is particularly easy to handle and impresses with its great versatility. Its intelligent probe system has a measuring range of up to 70 mm with a probe arm length of 350 mm. The magnetic probe tip holder of the MarSurf CD 140 AF enables users to change probe tips easily and without tools at any time – and completely without recalibration. At the same time, the automatic probe force selection ensures the correct probe force when changing several stylus tips. Thanks to the flexible clamping device stand, both standardized and individual test specimens can be measured with ease. Another important benefit is the innovative workpiece clamping system of the MarSurf CD 140 AF: The combination of flexible mounting plate and integrated 25 mm TY adjustment makes an additional XY table superfluous. In addition, the low workpiece structure supports an advantageous short measuring circle, which has a positive effect on the measuring results. The clamping device stand also enables the flexible use of workpiece holders and simple positioning of workpieces in the correct measuring position.
The advantages of the MarSurf CD 140 AF at a glance:
• Tool-free probe tip change
• Travel speed in the X-axis up to 200 mm/s
• Simple program creation or individual measurement with MarWin
• Automatic evaluation, best fit of contours, CAD contour comparison and much
more.
• Optionally expandable for roughness measurements (Rz >2 μm)
• Measurement with double probe tip
